Refund Policy

At WebproMOTECH, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes, a client may not be satisfied with our services. In such cases, we offer a refund policy as outlined below:

When Do You Qualify for Refunds?
When you file a complaint with WebpromoTech, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. A refund is only made in the extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to solve the issue. While planning for refunds, we check for the soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund may apply.

Development/Post-sales operations has not yet started

The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing
You have not violated our payment terms.

You have not used any information for monetary/business benefits (gained during the course of association)

The reasons you made are valid, rational, or realistic enough to qualify for refund trial

Should be able to demonstrate his/her innovative UI design and development skills and understand what makes an app addictive and appealing.

You have presented all the proofs and evidences surfacing your refund claim

The claim does not arise from any billing dispute coming from your bank or payment vendor

Important Note: If any of the points mentioned above are found to be violated, your claim will be considered void. The decision on refunds is final and irrevocable.

Refund Process
If a client is eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:
The client must submit a refund request in writing (via email or support ticket) within 15 days of the service delivery date.

Our team will review the refund request and verify the client’s eligibility for a refund.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used by the client.

Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
For services that have not been started, the client will be eligible for a full refund.

For services that have been partially completed, the client will be eligible for a partial refund, proportional to the work completed.
For services that have been completed, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions
The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:
Refunds will not be provided for services that have been delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, technical issues, etc.).

Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed to the client’s satisfaction, but the client has subsequently changed their mind.

Refunds will not be provided If work started and customer haven’t paid the full advance amount.

Refunds will not be provided if work is started and customer will stop the work for some personal reason.

Transaction
The refund may take 10-15 business days to process after the refund agreement is signed
You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.

Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to our refund policy will be effective immediately.
